New Consignments 

We accept items for consignment via pick-up. Items not accepted into consignment must be picked up within 3 days or are subject to donation without notice. We accept clothing, shoes, purses, jewelry, and accessories that are in current fashion and in excellent condition. We do not accept anything that is not freshly laundered, and items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, excessive wear and damage. Items for consignment should come in non-reusable bags. We do not knowingly sell flawed, damaged or stained items and if we discover a damaged item during the consignment period, it will be taken off all platforms for sale and donated without notification. Consignors may request an itemized inventory list at any time after items have been processed.

Pricing, Markdowns, Consignment Split

Gently Worn/Denise Krewson will establish the selling price of all items and the timing and percentages of any sales or special offers.

Gently Worn/Denise Krewson will receive 50% of consignment profit (earnings after platform fees, shipping fees, and any other fees taken before platform payout). Consignor shall receive 50% of consignment profit. Consignors may collect payment at the first of each month by instant digital payment ONLY via Paypal, Venmo, or Apple Cash (see Payouts, fees apply). If there is an issue with payment, Gently Worn/Denise Krewson will attempt to reach consignor for 30 days. Any and all funds not claimed by the Consignor within that time from the date of consignment contract will be forfeited to Gently Worn/Denise Krewson.

End of Consignment

Consignment duration is 6 months from date of pick-up. The specific consignment date will be listed on the Consignment Agreement and sent to the consignor for reference. After the end of the contract date, any and all items not collected by consignor will become property of Gently Worn/Denise Krewson and are subject to resale or donation. 

Please contact Gently Worn/Denise Krewson via email or text to schedule a pick-up date to ensure your items are ready for pick-up. Due to extremely limited storage space, items not picked up within 1 week of arranged appointment may be donated without notice. 

A printout list of donated items may be requested for tax purposes. Gently Worn/Denise Krewson does not receive a tax credit for any donated items. 

Consignors may contact to check on account balance at any time. Consignor payouts will be available at the first of each month. In the case of a situation where consignor payouts need to be delayed, Gently Worn/Denise Krewson will notify consignors as soon as possible and give an updated date of payout. Instant digital payments are available via Paypal & Venmo. These require over the phone set up. A minimum $1, 3% fee may be charged on all digital payments. Consignors may request a transaction list at any time. Gently Worn/Denise Krewson takes many precautions to avoid theft and damage to items, however we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items while on consignment.

Authenticity Policy 

We do not sell counterfeit goods or “dupes.” Items that cannot be verified by our research or the owner 's documentation will not be accepted into consignment.
